Race Check-In/Registration

All race packs will be available for collection from 4.00pm on race day from the event precinct on the Podium Lawns at the RACV Royal Pines Resort. Note; should numbers dictate, extra sessions for race pack collection shall be arranged and competitors will be notified via email and facebook.

Late entries shall be taken on the day, however we recommend early registrations for catering purposes (and to save money)! All entries; early and late, shall receive the race pack complete with race gift AND (upon completion of your run); a finishers medal. Race packs will also include a meal voucher. Any extra purchases; merchandise or meals, can also be collected at such time.

The meal voucher entitles the wearer to a build your own burger including bread, patties, salads and fries. Water will be provided free of charge and other drinks will be available for purchase. Please note vegetarian and vegan options shall be available. Extra meals can also be purchased for non-competitors;

Meals – 0-3 years old – FREE with paying customer,  Juniors 4-12yrs = $10, 13yrs + = $17.50pp

Race Merchandise

All competitors will receive a gift AND a medal as part of their entry in addition to their dinner.

Shirts and visors will be available for purchase online as well as a small selection on the day.

Glow in the dark products will be available for purchase on the night for New Years Eve fun!

Refund Policy

The RACV Royal Pines Resolution Run operates on a no-refund policy. If you are unable to attend the event, we are happy to transfer a credit towards the 2020 event or alternatively you can transfer your entry to another participant at no cost if finalised before midnight on Friday December 28th. Any changes beyond this date attract a $20 administration fee.
